Data collected
Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, your company, your email address and the content of your message. Standard server logs (IP address, date and page requested) are also kept for security purposes. To protect the form against automated abuse, each submission — whether accepted or rejected — is recorded in an anti-spam log together with your IP address and browser identification.
Purpose
Your data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue the business discussion you started. It is never sold, rented or used for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for up to three years after the last exchange, then deleted. Server logs are kept for twelve months.
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the Neolines people involved in answering you, and to our hosting provider acting as a processor within the European Union. No transfer outside the European Union takes place.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing and its portability, and you may object to processing at any time. Write to the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookie. A session cookie is created only when an administrator signs in to the editing back office.
